Terms of service.
1-on-1
Once payment is received, you are confirmed for the date and mentor you have chosen, for your 1-on-1 session. You will receive a confirmation invoice with the 1-on-1 session details as well as a Zoom link. Please note that once you have booked a session with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or are deemed a no show, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment*. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at info@songwritercamps, marked CANCELLATION, stating your name, invoice number, appointment time/date and mentor. Classes are not refundable or transferable after 3 months and are valid for a period of 12 months from the time of booking.
M&C
Once payment is received, your place is confirmed for the date of the Meet & Critique workshop. You will receive a confirmation invoice with the M&C workshop, as well as a Zoom link. As spaces are limited, please note that once you have booked your spot, if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment*. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at info@songwritercamps, marked CANCELLATION, stating your name, invoice number and workshop date.
BOOTCAMPS/WORKOUT CAMPS
Once payment is cleared, you will receive an email from us to confirm your spot for the (bootcamp/workout camp). You will also receive a confirmation invoice along with a Zoom link for the camp. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to the camp date and start time*. Please note that if you cancel within the 7 day period of the camp start time and date, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the camp is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%. You can cancel or reschedule by emailing us at info@songwritercamps, marked CANCELLATION, stating your name, and the camp you are taking part in.
* CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
All refunds to credit cards will be subject to the credit card fee’s being deducted before refund no matter when the cancellation is made.
